Meet in different worlds.
Play solo, or create a room and share its code with a friend. Each of you gets a different headset: a world with its own look and way to play.
A Giggl game · iPhone beta
You catch a rhythm. Your friend connects a tunnel. Different games. Actions that reach each other.

Same exchange. Different experiences.
Play solo, or create a room and share its code with a friend. Each of you gets a different headset: a world with its own look and way to play.
Catch, recall, aim, slide or connect. A successful action becomes the next challenge in your partner’s game.
In a two-player round, headsets switch halfway. The connection continues, but your experience changes.
The idea behind the game
Inspired by Donald Hoffman’s proposal: people experience different games, a translation lets them interact, and switching headsets reveals the difference. Your Turn invites you to question whether working together means seeing the same world.
The game illustrates an idea about perception. It is not an experiment that proves a theory of reality.
Explore the Trace Institute ↗You can play as a guest with a public nickname. Apple and Google sign-in through Giggl is being prepared for an upcoming beta. It will let you restore linked progress across devices. Only use sign-in when your installed build offers it.
Your chosen nickname, game state and scores. Leaderboards are public. Your account email is not shown to other players.
The current beta connects two people in a room. Larger group rooms are planned; they are not available yet.
Not yet. The existing reflection app uses its own account system. Shared Giggl identity is being introduced for Your Turn and future supported apps; it does not automatically merge reflection entries or other app data.
