Using Giggl
These terms cover the Your Turn website and beta. Use the services lawfully and respect other people. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, involve a parent or guardian as required by the law where you live. These services are not intended for children under 13.
The beta is still growing
Your Turn is experimental software distributed through Apple TestFlight. Features, rules and availability may change; errors or interrupted sessions can occur. Scores and progress are not guaranteed to persist through beta changes. Internet access is required. Apple’s TestFlight terms also apply to beta distribution.
Accounts and public names
Use an account you control. Keep credentials private, and choose a public nickname that does not impersonate, harass or expose private information. Do not cheat, manipulate rankings, disrupt servers or try to access another person’s records. We may limit access or remove abusive names or fraudulent scores to protect the service.
Your content and our work
You keep rights in content you submit. You give us permission to process, store and display it as needed to provide the feature you request, including sharing when you choose it. Submit only material you are allowed to use. Giggl’s artwork, software and other original materials remain their respective owners’ work; playing does not transfer ownership or permission to redistribute them.
Perception and AI
Your Turn is inspired by ideas about perception, not a proof of a scientific theory. Giggl reflection features generate AI responses that may be inaccurate. They are for exploration, not professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Privacy and leaving
Read the relevant privacy notice to understand each service’s information use. You may stop using a service and request deletion. Account deletion, sign-out and uninstalling have different effects, explained on that page.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the services useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will communicate material changes to these terms through appropriate channels. Contact us with questions or concerns.
