A human on the other side
Let’s get you
back to playing.
For game feedback, sign-in help or a privacy request, email ilayda@cloudybook.com.
Your Turn beta
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, TestFlight build number and a short description of what happened. A screenshot is useful if it contains no private information. Both players should update to the same current build. Never send passwords, one-time login codes or access tokens.
Open TestFlight ↗Game account or guest progress
The current beta supports guest play. Account features are being rolled out in a future build; if you do not see sign-in, you can still play. Guest scores may be unrecoverable if the device credential is lost. Tell us your nickname and whether you can still open the original installation.
Reflection app
For the existing Giggl reflection or community app, mention “Giggl reflection” in your email. Its login and stored entries are currently separate from the game account.
Privacy and deletion
Read the privacy notices or follow the deletion instructions. For account changes, we may need to verify ownership.
