This notice covers Your Turn - Headset Game and its Giggl sign-in. The current beta supports guest play. Apple and Google account features described below apply when enabled in your build.

What we collect

Why we use it

We use this information to run games, identify the correct player, save and restore legitimate scores, show rankings, secure sign-in, prevent abuse, provide support and handle deletion requests. We do not use game account email addresses for marketing without a separate opt-in.

Apple and Google sign-in

Clerk handles sign-in on our behalf. Google permissions are limited to basic identity, profile and email; the game does not request your Gmail messages, contacts, calendar or Drive files. We do not receive your Apple or Google password. The app stores its session credentials in the device’s secure Keychain.

Giggl’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google account data to train general-purpose AI models or to serve personalized advertising.

What is public

Other players can see your nickname and in-game scores. Online leaderboards display nicknames and scores, including shared pair results. Choose a nickname you are comfortable making public. Your email address and sign-in credentials are not included in multiplayer views or public leaderboards.

Who processes information

We use Clerk for Giggl identity and authentication; Apple and Google for the sign-in option you choose; Railway for the game server; Neon for game profiles and scores; and Railway for this game website. Apple processes beta distribution, diagnostics and feedback through TestFlight. These services process information needed for their roles and may process it outside your country. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.

We do not sell player information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The game does not contain an advertising SDK or intentionally collect precise location, contacts, camera or microphone recordings.

Guest progress and shared identity

Guest progress belongs to the guest credential stored on your device. Losing that credential can make progress unrecoverable. Where account linking is available, proving both your guest session and your Giggl identity lets us link existing scores to the account. We do not identify or merge people just because their email addresses match.

Giggl identity is intended to work with future supported Giggl apps. It does not give every app automatic access to every other app’s records. Additional cross-app data sharing will be explained when introduced. The existing Giggl reflection account is currently separate.

Storage and retention

We keep profiles and score records while needed to provide your account and rankings, until you request deletion or the records are no longer needed. Live room state is temporary. Hosting, identity and support records may be retained for security, troubleshooting or legal obligations. Deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted provider backups until their normal expiration; it is not used to restore an active account after a valid deletion request.

Your choices and deletion

You can choose a public nickname, play as a guest, sign out, or request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. If your build offers account management, you can initiate deletion through the linked Giggl account portal. See deletion instructions for current and older beta builds.

Deleting the game profile removes its nickname, private game account details and associated leaderboard records, including pair rankings that identify it. A partner’s separate personal record is not your record to delete. Deleting a Giggl identity is different from deleting just one game’s data; please specify which you want. Uninstalling the app or signing out alone does not remove server records.

Privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or obtain a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, and complain to a data protection authority. Where applicable, our grounds are providing the service you request, legitimate interests in security and reliability, consent for optional uses, and legal obligations. Send requests to the contact above; we may verify ownership without asking for your password. We do not penalize players for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children and sensitive information

Your Turn is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. Do not put private or sensitive information into a public nickname. If you believe a child has provided account information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required.

Changes

We will update this notice when the service’s data practices change. Material changes will be communicated through the website, app or another appropriate channel. The date above identifies this version.
